Dance Development Holiday workshops

Eric St Physiotherapy and Movement Centre will be holding dance development workshops over the July school holidays for young, dedicated dancers. As every dancer knows, our bodies require a lot of attention if they are to perform at their peak, as our body awareness grows so too does our ability to move efficiently, avoid injury, train effectively and improve in all the elements that we require to become better dancers.

Workshops will be run by Physiotherapist Caroline Da Silva (BSc Applied Science Physiotherapy) and Molly Tipping (B Arts-Dance, Feldenkrais practitioner). Between them they have a wealth of experience and knowledge to pass on and both are passionate about giving young dancers the information they require to sustain their bodies throughout their dance career.

Email reception for more information.
